The Ministry of Defense of Russia has filed a lawsuit against Voronezh JSC Concern "Sozvezdie." The amount of the claims is 49.36 million rubles.
The first hearing in the new case will take place on February 9, 2026; the essence of the department's claim against the enterprise is not disclosed.
"Sozvezdie" is part of the Rostec's Roselectronica holding and specializes in scientific research and development in natural and technical sciences. The company actively registers trademarks, the latest of which it received in 2024.
It is known that "Sozvezdie" has developed a new radio-electronic warfare (EW) system "Solaris-N" to protect enterprises from strike drones. The novelty was presented in the spring of 2024.
"Solaris-N" can suppress drone radio control channels, as well as the signal of global positioning systems, such as GPS. Moreover, it does this within a radius of up to 5 km.
