The Russian Ministry of Defense has filed two new lawsuits against JSC "Instrument Design Bureau named after Academician A.G. Shipunov." The department's application was registered in the Arbitration Court of Moscow.
The amount of claims this time exceeds 353 million rubles.
We are talking about the recovery of penalties for the execution of state contracts in the amount of 59.9 million rubles and 293.6 million rubles. The date of consideration has not yet been set, but, based on the practice of such cases, the process will take place without the participation of spectators.
As a reminder, the Shipunov Design Bureau was founded in 1927, the company produces high-precision anti-aircraft missile systems "Pantsir-M", artillery systems "Krasnopol", missile systems "Hermes-A", fire control systems "Berezhok" and "Bakhcha-U".
This is not the first lawsuit of the Ministry of Defense against the bureau. In the fall of 2025, the department announcedthe recovery of 1.47 billion rubles, taking into account legal costs, the amount may increase.
Also, the Nizhny Novgorod company "Povolzhye-Trans" made financial claims to the Shipunov Design Bureau, but the amount there is less -"only" a million rubles.
