The cash gap in civil aircraft manufacturing programs has become the main problem for OAK. This was stated by Oleg Panteleev, Executive Director of the Aviaport agency.

According to him, from an economic point of view, stability and regularity are much more important than high peak production volumes.

To solve this problem, it is important to advance budget funds for the launch of production as soon as possible, even if it's a small series, but right now. It is better to consistently produce 4–12 aircraft per year than to reach a peak series of 20 machines and then go idle.
