A new industrial cluster in the field of machine tool building and industrial robotics has started operating in Chuvashia. It already unites about ten organizations, and the republic's authorities are currently developing a strategy for its further development.
The creation of such associations is called one of the key tools of the region's economic strategy. Clusters allow enterprises to work in closer cooperation, attract federal support faster, and bring competitive products to the market more quickly.
In total, 10 clusters are currently operating in Chuvashia, which include 145 organizations. Six of these associations have an interregional level.
Machine tool building and robotics are the foundation of technological sovereignty. I am confident that the creation of this association will be an important contribution to the implementation of the national project "Effective and Competitive Economy" and will help our manufacturers take leading positions in the country.
The new cluster should help local manufacturers strengthen their positions in the Russian market and become part of a broader effort to develop the region's industrial potential.
