New reconnaissance drone and supply robot: Smolensk developments presented at SPIEF

At the stand of the Smolensk region within the framework of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, innovative reconnaissance drones were presented, according to a correspondent of "Pervy Tekhnichesky".

Among the exhibits are quadcopters with machine vision, a system for detecting targets and evacuating the wounded, as well as a specialized drone equipped with artificial intelligence technologies. The developments are presented by Smolensk enterprises: SNITS RES Zavanta, AO "Avangard" and NPTs BAS.

In addition to aircraft, a ground robot was shown at the stand. The device is designed for uninterrupted delivery of ammunition and weapons to army units.

As reported by the correspondent of "Pervy Tekhnichesky", all presented developments have already passed tests and are ready for use. The region's exposition demonstrates the capabilities of Smolensk enterprises in the field of high-tech defense products.
