Moscow-registered NPO "Rusbitech" filed a lawsuit against Voronezh-based JSC "Concern "Sozvezdie"". The claim amount is 60.2 million rubles.
The date of the first hearing against the enterprise has not yet been set, and the nature of the claim has not been disclosed.
Recall that "Sozvezdie" is part of the "Roselektronika" holding of Rostec and specializes in scientific research and development in natural and technical sciences. The company actively registers trademarks, the latest of which it received in 2024.
It is known from open sources that "Sozvezdie" developed a new electronic warfare system "Solyaris-N" for protecting factories from drones. The novelty was presented in the spring of 2024.
"Solyaris-N" can suppress drone radio control channels, as well as the signal of global positioning systems, such as GPS. Moreover, the system does this within a radius of up to 5 km.
