Engineering and management solutions allowed the company to save money and direct it towards the development of its own technologies

United Aircraft Corporation (OAK) has completely stopped generating losses and expects to make a profit in 2026, maintaining a positive financial result thereafter. Vadim Badeha, head of OAK, announced these plans on the eve of the SPIEF.

Yes. Our task for the coming years is to be profitable in normal operation, achieve stable cash flow, and year after year confirm to shareholders that we are a profit center, not a source of problems and costs.
Vadim Badeha, Head of OAK

The financial turnaround was the result of hard work on economic efficiency. OAK's net profit according to international reporting standards at the end of 2025 amounted to 9.5 billion rubles. For comparison, a year earlier the corporation recorded a loss of 14.2 billion rubles.

A stable financial position will create the necessary foundation for increasing aircraft production and fulfilling government contracts without cash gaps. The corporation has done everything possible to optimize costs and will continue to increase production profitability to further strengthen its market position.

Earlier, "Perviy Tekhnicheskiy" reported that deliveries of the Tu-214 medium-haul aircraft have begun – this was announced by Vadim Badeha, head of the United Aircraft Corporation.
