Fraud uncovered at PD-14 and PD-35 engine plant during workshop repairs

ODK-Perm Motors employee arrested in corruption case

A court in Perm has remanded an ODK-Perm Motors employee in custody in a criminal case concerning bribery received during the acceptance of repair work at production facilities. The defense's appeal was denied.

The investigation established that the deputy head of the building operation department received at least 500 thousand rubles from a contracting organization for the unhindered acceptance of completed work. This refers to contracts for the maintenance of workshops and infrastructure.

The contractor, "StroyCityGroup" company, is also involved in the case. Since 2017, it has participated in repair and construction work on the enterprise's territory and regularly receives state and corporate orders.

The main product line of ODK-Perm Motors includes PD-14 and PS-90A engines. The plant is also working on the promising PD-35 engine.

Earlier, the Nizhny Novgorod company "Sfera" filed a lawsuit for the bankruptcy of ODK-Perm Motors due to debts.
