At the end of December 2025, the Arbitration Court granted Sfera's claim against the Perm plant for recovery of more than 27.7 million rubles. The substance of the Nizhny Novgorod company's claims remained unknown, as the court proceedings were held behind closed doors.

"ODK — Perm Motors" is part of Rostec's United Engine Corporation and produces engines for civil aviation. The company's product line includes PD-8 family engines for the SJ-100, the PD-14 for the MS-21-310, and the PS-90A for the Il-96.

Recently, another 12.2 million rubles were sought from the enterprise — in February 2026, the Arbitration Court of Perm Krai registered a claim by the company "Osnastka" against "ODK-Perm Motors" for that amount.

In addition, the Solikamsk Magnesium Plant is also seeking to recover funds from the plant (several claims in the amounts of 7.1–8.14 million rubles) as well as a distributor of the Chinese brand EDM (44.4 million rubles). As of 2026, the total claims burden of "Perm Motors" exceeds 1.52 billion rubles.

"Sfera" specializes in wholesale trade and supplies of industrial equipment and components.
