CIAM named after P. I. Baranov filed a lawsuit against the Ufa plant ODK-UMPO. The case was registered in the arbitration case file, and the amount of the claim is 34 million rubles.
The case will be heard by the Moscow Arbitration Court on July 13. The nature of the claims has not yet been disclosed, but it is likely related to unpaid deliveries or work.
ODK-UMPO is Russia's largest plant for the production of turbojet aircraft engines.
The main products are units for Su-27 family aircraft (AL-31F engine), Su-30 (AL-31F and AL-31FP engines), Su-25 (R-95Sh and R-195), Su-35S (AL-41F-1S), Su-57 (AL-41F-1). Civil aviation engines include the PD-14 for the MS-21 aircraft.
