In 2025, the average salary at enterprises of the United Aircraft Corporation reached 140 thousand rubles. OAK intends to further increase employee earnings and create a comfortable working environment for them.
OAK also plans to hire more than 14 thousand production workers over three years.
The greatest need for specialists is experienced by OAK plants in Ulyanovsk (where Il-76 is produced), in Kazan (with Tu-214), and in Komsomolsk-on-Amur (with the SJ-100 project).
OAK enterprises also implement a number of social programs for employees — medical and sanatorium-resort services, subsidized meals, housing programs, and non-state pension provision.
It should be noted that the average salary in Russia is about 104 thousand rubles, which means OAK pays its employees 35% more.
Earlier, "Pervyy Tekhnicheskiy" in a large analytical article reviewed current salaries in the aviation industry. The range of figures for available vacancies was from 45 thousand to 250 thousand rubles.
