The large autonomous freezer trawler "Lazurny" (Project 1288 "Pulkovsky Meridian") has been repaired and is ready for fishing in the North Atlantic. This was reported by the press service of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RS).
RS specialists issued the relevant documents for the trawler after inspection.
The vessel is equipped with modern navigation and search equipment, ensuring safe navigation and efficient search and catch of fish.
The trawler "Lazurny" was built in 1988 at the Black Sea Shipyard in Nikolaev (the enterprise went bankrupt in 2021 and was liquidated). The vessel is designed for catching herring, mackerel, and blue whiting in the North-East Atlantic. It belongs to the Kaliningrad company "Vestrybflot".
