Serial production of SJ-100 and MC-21 postponed to 2027

OAK completed almost 80% of certification flights

The certification program for the import-substituted "Superjet" is planned to be completed in 2026. As of May, almost 80% of certification flights have been completed, Rostec noted.

The head of the state corporation, Sergey Chemezov, noted that serial production of the airliner is planned for 2027.

For the MC-21 – a third of the certification flights have been completed. I hope that in the first quarter of next year we will complete and start serial production of the aircraft from next year.

Recall that the head of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, Anton Alikhanov, stated that the Superjet-100 will begin regular flights in Russia by the end of this year.
