The Perm enterprise "ODK – Perm Motors" is going to recover 179 million rubles from the Irkutsk PJSC "Yakovlev". The dispute between the companies will be considered by the Arbitration Court of Moscow.
The claim is related to the execution of the agreement dated December 27, 2017, concluded within the framework of the MS-21 program.
The court did not accept the application for proceedings, the documents were left without movement due to incomplete payment of the state fee. After eliminating this deficiency, the instance will return to consideration.
PJSC "Yakovlev" is engaged in the production of MS-21 aircraft at the Irkutsk Aviation Plant. Several prototypes have already been assembled, and serial deliveries are expected in 2026–2027.
"ODK – Perm Motors" is the serial manufacturer of the PD-14 engine, which is used on aircraft of this type.
