After the start of sales, the new AvtoVAZ sedan Lada Iskra was officially priced at 1,277,000 – 1,697,000 rubles. However, dealers often have a different actual cost than the stated one.
In car dealerships, the basic version with a manual transmission and a 90 hp engine is offered for about 1,347,000 rubles, but such cars are most often made to order.
More popular options are even more expensive. A version with a CVT and a 106 hp engine costs about 1,497,000 rubles, and the Drive and Techno trim levels reach 1,500,000–1,700,000 rubles.
Even if cars are available, the price often increases due to additional equipment — alarms, anti-corrosion treatment and other options. This increases the final cost by about 50,000 rubles. Waiting times when ordering can reach three months.
Despite the stated price, in reality, buyers either have to overpay or wait for the car to be delivered.
