The Penzadizelmash plant has put into operation a new chamber for highly efficient jet cleaning. The equipment is intended for washing turbocharger parts. The purchase became part of a major project to develop diesel production.
The unit was installed in the turbocharger shop. The machine operates automatically with a timer. The system itself controls the temperature of the cleaning solution. After washing, the parts undergo rinsing and drying, which protects the metal from corrosion. The equipment also automatically tops up water and purifies working fluids for reuse. A built-in alarm shuts down the unit in the event of an accident or fire.
The launch of the chamber made it possible to speed up component preparation. The technology ensures consistent washing quality and reduces the consumption of chemical agents. The plant noted that the new equipment reduces the share of manual labor and improves environmental performance.
