The Central Bank pointed to a violation of competition

Including only three Russian banks — VTB, PSB, and Alfa-Bank — in the "white list" violates competition. This opinion was expressed by the head of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, Elvira Nabiullina, after a meeting of the Board of Directors of the regulator on the key rate.
