AvtoVAZ is developing a new business model — a subscription program for the Lada Vesta car. According to preliminary data, for 43,990 rubles per month, a client will be able to use a car with a full package of services without registering it as property. While the project is at the business case stage, the first details of the offer are already known.
The basic subscription rate assumes a monthly payment of about 44,000 rubles, while until April 20, 2026, there is a promotional price of 39,990 rubles per month. This amount includes a Lada Vesta Drive car with a 1.6-liter engine and a variator, OSAGO and casco insurance policies, all scheduled maintenance, seasonal tire changes with their storage, as well as connection to the "ERA-GLONASS" system and satellite security. The contract is concluded for 12 months with the possibility of extension, but with two important restrictions: the annual mileage should not exceed 30,000 kilometers, and no more than three drivers specified in the contract may be allowed to drive the car.
The success of the Lada Vesta Drive will be determined by a number of key factors, such as the clarity of the contract terms, the pricing policy for exceeding the established mileage, and the quality of the maintenance services provided.
Representatives of AvtoVAZ have not yet disclosed plans to expand the program to other models, but the very fact that such a service is launched indicates the concern's readiness for new formats of work in the automotive market.
