The supplier of IT solutions, AO "Karma Grupp," filed an application with the Moscow Arbitration Court to declare bankrupt the main procurement and supply entity of the United Aircraft Corporation (OAK) — OOO "OAK-Zakupki." The claim was registered on March 2 under number A40-51681/2026.
However, as early as March 6, the judge left the application without progress. This procedural measure means that the applicant must correct the identified deficiencies in the documents for the case to be considered on the merits. The deadline for this was set until April 6, 2026.
OOO "OAK-Zakupki" is a procurement operator for enterprises within OAK's aircraft manufacturing structure. The company consolidates supplies of equipment, services, and various types of support for design bureaus and industry plants.
Among the largest customers are AO "Tupolev," AO "Aviastar-SP," and AO "GSS," which manufactures Sukhoi Superjet aircraft. As a supplier, "OAK-Zakupki" participated in 47 procurement procedures with a total volume of about 1.6 billion rubles.
