The authorities of the Central African Republic (CAR) are negotiating with Russia to create a drone operator training center to perform various tasks. This was stated by CAR President Faustin-Archange Touadera during his visit to Moscow.
Touadera stated that drone technologies are in demand not only in the military sphere.
As you know, drones can be used, for example, to deliver medicine. They can be used for courier delivery.
The location where such an educational center will be created is currently being discussed, the president added.
Drones can also be used for environmental monitoring, forest resource control, and a number of other important tasks. In general, these technologies are needed for the development of the CAR economy, Touadera concluded.
