Users of the Gosuslugi portal have begun complaining en masse about problems accessing their accounts after the authorization rules were changed.
Under the new conditions, if login is performed without confirmation through the national messenger MAX, the system introduces a so-called cooling-off period of up to 72 hours. During this time, access to the account may be restricted.
At the same time, creating a digital ID in MAX requires confirmation through Gosuslugi. Because of this, some users have encountered a paradoxical situation: to log in to the portal, an ID from the messenger is required, but it is impossible to create one without access to the portal account itself.
As a result, users describe what is happening as a "vicious circle," in which restoring access becomes extremely difficult.
