The manufacturer of the Mi-8 sank into debt of 1.7 billion rubles for TV3-117VM engines

"ODK-Klimov" filed seven lawsuits against KVZ

The St. Petersburg enterprise "ODK-Klimov" filed seven statements of claim with the Arbitration Court of Tatarstan against the Kazan Helicopter Plant (KVZ) for a total amount of about 881 million rubles. Both enterprises are part of the Rostec state corporation.

The disputes concern debt for the supply of TV3-117VM helicopter engines. Since October 2025, the "Klimov" company has submitted five applications for writs of execution and two statements of claim.

In four cases, the court has already issued documents for the compulsory recovery of 62 million rubles. Another claim in the amount of 784 million rubles is under consideration.

The court also returned the plaintiff's application for 875 million rubles due to procedural violations. Taking into account the returned claim, the total volume of ODK-Klimov's claims reaches 1.76 billion rubles.

Court materials indicate that the TV3-117VM engines were supplied in 2022–2024 for Mi-8 family helicopters. The Kazan plant did not pay for part of the deliveries within the established time frame. The manufacturer charged a penalty at a rate of 0.1% of the debt amount for each day of delay.
