The Moscow All-Russian Institute of Light Alloys (VILS) filed three lawsuits at once against Ufa-based "ODK-UMPO". The claims were registered in the records of the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
OAO "VILS" filed separate claims for 46.5 million, 9.3 million, and 85.1 million rubles respectively, totaling 141 million rubles. The dates for considering the lawsuits have not yet been set, but different judges have been assigned to all the proceedings.
"ODK-UMPO" is Russia's largest plant for the production of turbojet aircraft engines.
Its main products are units for aircraft of the Su-27 family (AL-31F engine), Su-30 (AL-31F and AL-31FP engines), Su-25 (R-95Sh and R-195), Su-35S (AL-41F-1S), and Su-57 (AL-41F-1). Civil aviation engines include the PD-14 for the MS-21 aircraft.
OAO "VILS" is a strategic enterprise in the field of producing metallurgical products from special alloys.
The All-Russian Institute of Light Alloys has a closed-cycle metallurgical production process integrated with a testing and research base.
