At "TMKh-Elektrotekh", which is part of the structure of "TMKh-Energeticheskie resheniia", two innovative impregnation-and-drying complexes have been put into operation. This equipment is specially designed for processing the stators and rotors of electric machines intended for railway rolling stock. Each complex includes six drying furnaces and three autoclaves, which ensures high efficiency of the impregnation and drying process.
The introduction of the new systems will enable the enterprise to carry out major repairs of obsolete autoclaves without stopping production. As a result, a significant increase in output is expected.
Special attention is being paid to the DTA-380U1 asynchronous traction electric motors, which are used in the "Ivolga" electric trains from the Tver Carriage Works. In addition, production of the DTA-170 models for metro cars manufactured at "Metrovagonmash" will increase.
