The ZSK "Kuban" plant in Armavir, which resumed operations on the site of the bankrupt Armavir Machine-Building Plant, completed a three-year cycle of serial rolling stock production with a total exceeding two thousand units. The enterprise was launched in 2022, and the first wagons were certified for mass production in April 2023.
The core of the 2023–2025 production program consisted of covered wagons of model 11-9586, with 1,600 units produced. In addition, 159 units of the modified 11-9586-01 version with increased payload capacity were assembled.
Under a licensing agreement with the company "RM Rail", the enterprise produced 266 thermos wagons of model 16-6799. The entire volume was contracted by GTLK and transferred on lease to the operator "Refservice-Vostok". At the same time, the 12-3235 gondola car certified in 2025 has not yet been launched into serial production.
For 2026, an expansion of the model range is planned: the enterprise intends to launch updated versions of the covered wagon and the thermos wagon with improved technical characteristics. In the second quarter, production is expected to begin on a new model of a two-axle bogie of the company's own design.
