JSC "Zavod \"Krizo\"", specializing in the production of shipboard fire extinguishing systems, has found itself under threat of bankruptcy. The company\'s counterparty, OOO "RBS", announced its intention to apply to the Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region with a petition to have the plant declared insolvent.
In its notice, "RBS" stated that "Krizo" has for more than three months failed to fulfill monetary obligations confirmed by court decisions. According to the arbitration case file database, in 2025 the counterparty filed several lawsuits against the enterprise totaling more than 32 million rubles.
One of the disputes is connected with the supply of the Kristall-M fire alarm system. The plant received an advance payment, but did not deliver the equipment to the customer. The court terminated the contract and ordered "Krizo" to return more than 23 million rubles.
The second lawsuit concerns undelivered components for Kristall-M worth 6.5 million rubles. An attempt to replace the products with a set for the KRAB-M item did not satisfy the customer, after which the court also sided with the plaintiff.
The third lawsuit is connected with compensation for thermal energy payments in the amount of 2.5 million rubles, which "RBS" paid on behalf of the plant. No reimbursement followed, and the court ordered the enterprise to repay the debt.
The Krizo plant is located in Gatchina and specializes in the production of shipboard fire alarm systems, including for ships, submarines, special-purpose vessels, and coastal infrastructure facilities of the Russian Navy.
