The "DAVYDOVO" enterprise (a tire manufacturing company) has presented the first Russian automatic tire studding machine, Studmatic. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region.
The machine is designed for the serial production of studded winter tires. It ensures high quality of products, comparable to foreign counterparts.
The software includes more than 1,000 studding programs with no limit on the number of studs. The machine's capacity is about 850 tires per day.
In 2026, the company also plans to launch a line for the production of rubber crumb from recycled tires. The necessary equipment has already been installed and is being prepared for launch. The project is being implemented with the support of the Industrial Development Fund of the Moscow Region.
