St. Petersburg shipyard "Pella" acquired the manufacturer of metal structures K-A1

JSC "Leningrad Shipyard "Pella" increased its stake in the production and construction company PSK-A1 to 80%. The deal was formalized through the shipyard's 100% subsidiary, Intro-Pella LLC, according to EGRUL.

PSK-A1 was registered in November 2024 in the city of Otradnoye, the main activity is the production of building metal structures. Previously, the company's shares were divided between Dmitry Borisov, Oleg Biletsky and Nikolai Melnik. After the deal, Borisov completely withdrew from the owners, but retained the post of general director. Biletsky and Melnik retained 10% of the share each.

Sergey Ivanov, Deputy General Director of Pella, stressed that the purchase of PSK-A1 is strategically important for the development of the shipyard. The company's metal structures are used in shipbuilding, and PSK-A1 performs general construction and finishing works on a par with the shipyard's subsidiary, Rekordstroy LLC, which specializes in the interior decoration of ship premises.

After the change of founders, PSK-A1 expanded the statutory activities, including the construction of ships, vessels and floating structures. According to Ivanov, Intro-Pella is currently building hulls of small missile ships for the Ministry of Defense and tug hulls for civilian customers, including the head tug Grifon-9 of the PE-50 project.
