The Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region has accepted for consideration a bankruptcy claim against the Leningrad Shipbuilding Plant "Pella". The hearing is scheduled for October 1, 2025.
The plaintiff against the "Pella" plant is the Tula Instrument Design Bureau (KBP) named after Academician A. G. Shipunov (part of Rostec).
Pella's financial difficulties arose from a 2016 contract for the supply of equipment for small missile ships of Project 22800, code "Karakurt", under a defense order.
As a result of litigation with KBP, the plant owes 536.8 million rubles and 124.4 thousand rubles in court costs.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that shares of Zvezda JSC have been included in the authorized capital of the manufacturer of Yasen-M project submarines.
