The Ufa enterprise "ODK-UMPO" has announced the search for a specialist with experience from one to three years for the position of a fitter for mechanical assembly works. The proposed salary attracts attention - from 45 to 106 thousand rubles before taxes.
The new employee will be offered to engage in metalwork processing of complex configuration parts, adjustment and debugging of units, as well as lapping flanges, working with abrasive tools.
Candidates are promised registration according to the Labor Code, a "white" salary, a rental house and comprehensive lunches. Those who come from the ranks of the Russian Army will be provided with a lifting allowance of 45 thousand rubles.
Theofficial website of Rosstat says that the average salary in 2025 in Russia ranged from 88 to 103 thousand rubles, depending on the month.
"ODK-UMPO" is part of the United Engine Corporation of Rostec and produces engines for aircraft of the Su-27 family (AL-31F), Su-30 (AL-31F and AL-31FP), Su-25 (R-95Sh and R-195), Su-35S (AL-41F-1S) and Su-57 (AL-41F-1).
In December 2025, the Ufa City Hall noted that "ODK-UMPO"needed 1426 employees to expand production. The specific direction was not specified, nor was the salary.
