Military personnel hone their skills to solve tactical tasks

Military personnel of the Strategic Missile Forces (RVSN, one of the components of Russia's "nuclear triad") are improving their skills on simulators and training equipment. This was reported in the press service of the Russian Ministry of Defense.

For each type of weapon, its own training complexes are created, which are combined into a global training network.

With the help of training equipment, the calculations of the duty shifts of missile regiments, security and intelligence specialists are prepared. Military personnel practice actions individually and in groups.

Thanks to virtual reality technologies, simulators model various scenarios. We are talking about the movement of equipment on combat patrol routes, taking into account the terrain and obstacles.

The Strategic Missile Forces are armed with missile systems of several types. These are R-36M (better known in the West as "Satan"), as well as RT-2PM2 "Topol-M", RS-24 "Yars" and other missile systems.
