The Rostec State Corporation has announced the expansion of the range of domestic compact electric motors designed for use in machine building, civil automotive industry, and aviation. The line now includes 15 serial models.
The products meet international quality and reliability standards and will allow replacing imported analogues. Electric motors differ in light weight and high efficiency. The motors have design features that provide them with high performance.
According to representatives of Rostec, the new solutions are designed to strengthen Russia's technological independence and provide domestic manufacturers with a competitive alternative to foreign products. At the same time, the emphasis is not only on import substitution, but also on the creation of fundamentally new technical solutions.
In addition to electric motors, the concern produces starters and generators for gasoline two-stroke engines, which are already supplied to enterprises producing automotive equipment, unmanned and aviation systems, as well as robotic platforms.
Rostec engineers continue to work on the next generation of electric motors — including those with frame and frameless rotors. These developments will allow the formation of a fully autonomous line of domestic electric drives that meet modern requirements for efficiency, compactness and reliability.
