Aerospace Technic failed to achieve exclusion from the Register of Unscrupulous Suppliers (RNP). The Arbitration Court of Moscow on November 13 rejected the company's claim against the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS), upholding the decision of the regulatory body. The operative part of the decision was published on November 15.
The court verified the legality of including the company in the RNP within the framework of the requirements of 223-FZ and government decree No. 1211, which regulates the procedure for maintaining the register.
No violations were found, therefore the requirements were denied. The company has one month to file a complaint with the Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal.
The reason for the dispute was the purchase of a hub for the Mi-8 helicopter, which was carried out in March 2024 by the Alrosa airline. Aerospace Technic was recognized as the winner of the auction.
The company delayed sending the signed document, stating that it was ready to supply the part, but later. The customer insisted on the terms stipulated in the procurement documentation. The Yakutsk FAS department found that the supplier had a real opportunity to meet the deadlines, but he did not, which became the basis for inclusion in the RNP.
In June 2025, Aerospace Technic tried to challenge the decision, but the court supported the position of the FAS.
Earlier www1.ru reported that half a billion rubles were recovered from the manufacturer of PD-8, PD-15 and PD-35 aircraft engines.
