In the first ten days of November 2025, more cars were imported through Ussuriysk Customs than in the entire month of November 2024. During this period, 3,860 cars were processed for personal use. This is reported by the press service of the Far Eastern Customs Administration.
Since the beginning of the month, 951 car carriers have arrived in Primorsky Krai, delivering 5,230 cars. This is almost four times more than in the same period in 2024.
In anticipation of the upcoming increase in the recycling fee, Russians are actively purchasing cars abroad, seeking to avoid additional costs. It is expected that this trend will continue until the end of November.
In October 2025, Vladivostok set a record for the number of cars processed. Compared to September, the volume increased by almost 25%, and in annual terms, by 32%.
