Российские военные успешно протестировали гибрид БМД-2 и КамАЗа: новое решение для мобильных операций

Engineers from the troops have found an unconventional way to improve the cross-country capability and versatility of equipment by placing an airborne combat vehicle in the back of a truck

The Russian military has demonstrated resourcefulness and technical skill by successfully testing an unusual combination of the BMD-2 and KamAZ-4310. As part of the experiment, an airborne combat vehicle was installed in the back of an army truck, creating a unique hybrid that combines the mobility of a wheeled chassis and the armament of armored vehicles.

The tests took place in the field, where the design demonstrated stability, cross-country capability, and the ability to fire from a stationary position.

According to the developers, this solution can be used for the rapid transfer of light armored vehicles to the desired area, as well as for a quick response to sudden threats.

After successful testing, it was decided to "adopt" the hybrid installation on an experimental basis. The military notes that the project has become an example of a practical approach and engineering ingenuity in conditions of limited resources.

Earlier www1.ru reported that Russian soldiers showed how they create the "Hedgehog" protection system for T-80BV tanks.
