Mayak engineers designed the tooling for the machine. After the technology was worked out, it reached its design capacity. In the near future, the equipment will switch to round-the-clock operation.

We are now continuing to improve the technical process to reduce the cost and time of manufacturing parts.
Pavel Guznishchev, Deputy Head of Production for Coating Preparation, Casting and Woodworking at Mayak

Features of the winding machine:

  • weaves more than 2.5 km of composite fabric per hour
  • winds up to 80 threads simultaneously
  • manufactures composite parts that can withstand temperatures up to 300 °C
  • completely Russian design

Components created on this equipment are durable and have a long service life (over 50 years).
