The authorities of the Stavropol Territory have completed cooperation with the company «Alp» in the construction of a plant for the production of mineral fertilizers worth 2.2 billion rubles. The facility was to appear in the industrial park of Nevinnomyssk.
The large-scale investment project originates in December 2016. «Alp», a subsidiary of the scientific and production association (NPP) «Radiy», was going to invest 2.2 billion rubles in the first phase of the project.
The plant began to be built in 2018, but the investor never completed the project. In August 2019, the accompanying documentation for registration on the site included a note that there were three unfinished objects on the territory, one of which was 45% ready, the second - 40%, the third - 36%.
In March 2022, the subsidiary of NPP «Radiy» lost its status as a resident of the industrial park due to non-fulfillment of agreements. In July 2023, inspectors arrived on the territory and found that everything in the district was overgrown with weeds. After that, the authorities asked the investor to vacate the site, and after not receiving a response, filed a lawsuit.
NPP «Radiy» produces single-channel and multi-channel microwave receiving devices for radars of MiG-29, MiG-31, Su-24, Su-27, Su-30MKI aircraft, as well as other radio-electronic equipment for military aviation.
