According to the plan, the installation of electroplating lines will be completed in the first half of November. Simultaneously, the installation of engineering equipment is underway, including water supply, heating and electricity systems.

Workers are also installing ventilation equipment. The air exchange system is critical for the enterprise, as all processes take place in conditions of high humidity, with the release of chemical vapors and gases.

After the completion of commissioning works, the workshop will be ready for operation. The production site is scheduled to be commissioned at the end of November.

About the "Mayak" plant

"Mayak" appeared on the basis of a cartridge factory built during the Great Patriotic War. It produced machine-gun links and belts, drive chains for aerodynamic and gas rudders for Soviet ballistic missiles.

Since the 1970s, the plant has been developing and producing special products for the needs of the USSR Ministry of Defense. Now "Mayak" produces products for civil and military purposes, including remote control of the 9M113 "Konkurs-M" ATGM.
