Russia is ready to share its experience in shipbuilding with Indonesia, which emphasizes innovation. This was stated by the Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation, Chairman of the Russian Maritime Board, Nikolai Patrushev.
According to Patrushev, Russia notes the intention of the Indonesian leadership not only to create a powerful modern military and civilian fleet, but also to maximize the strengthening of national shipbuilding potential with the development of the most modern innovative technologies.
Russia already possesses many of them and is ready to share them with our partners.
On November 5, an interdepartmental Russian delegation visited the shipbuilding plant of the "Pal" enterprise in the port city of Surabaya, and familiarized themselves with the production facilities and products of the Indonesian shipbuilding enterprise.
Meanwhile, the United Shipbuilding Corporation (USC) remains adeeply unprofitable structure, despite the profit at the end of last year, admitted Andrey Kostin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of USC.
