The UralVagonZavod concern (UVZ, part of the Rostec Group) has announced the optimization of administrative and managerial expenses. However, the company is not abandoning the recruitment of new employees.
The company explained that UVZ is undergoing restructuring, which affects administrative and managerial expenses.
All procedures are carried out strictly within the framework of the current labor legislation.
The concern clarified that UralVagonZavod continues to search for and recruit new employees, especially highly qualified specialists and experienced workers in scarce specialties.
As a reminder, UVZ's flagship products are the latest T-72B3M, T-80BVM, and T-90M Proryv tanks. In October, another lawsuit for 1.2 billion rubles was filed against the Concern for debt.
Also, from December 15, UVZ is introducing a four-day work week for some employees engaged in the production of civilian products.
