Technical tests of the Il-96-400T cargo plane of Sky Gates airline were conducted in Yakutsk on November 6. Earlier, in mid-October, several tires of the left main landing gear were damaged during landing.
During the test flight, the plane made three circles over the city. All airport services operated in a state of high alert.
After landing, experts checked the condition of the aircraft, including the landing gear, and concluded that the tests were successful. The aircraft is considered ready for flights and is scheduled to depart on November 7.
Pilots and technical personnel noted that during the test flight, all aircraft systems worked stably, and the team received confirmation that the Il-96-400T is completely safe for further flights.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that the legendary MiG-15Rbis reconnaissance aircraft was restored in the Kaluga region.
