In Yakutsk, on November 6, technical tests were carried out on the Il-96-400T cargo plane of Sky Gates airline. Previously, in mid-October, the plane's landing resulted in the destruction of several tires of the left main landing gear.
During the test flight, the plane made three circles over the city. All airport services operated in a state of high alert.
After landing, experts checked the condition of the aircraft, including the landing gear, and concluded that the tests were successful. The aircraft is deemed ready for flights and is scheduled to depart on November 7.
Pilots and technical personnel noted that during the test flight, all aircraft systems operated stably, and the team received confirmation that the Il-96-400T is completely safe for further flights.
