Сеткомёты для нейтрализации беспилотников продемонстрировало НПО «Полёт»

The company presented a lightweight 300-gram module for Mavic, a hand-held "Spider" for infantry, and a high-speed "Vulture" capable of reaching up to 140 km/h

NPO "Polet" demonstrated drone neutralization tools — specialized net guns. The developer showcased several platforms designed for different application scenarios: from a lightweight installation for civilian quadcopters to a combat solution for perimeter security.

Among the new products is a compact net gun weighing only 300 grams, designed for popular models of the Mavic family. According to the developers, a projectile has been created for this platform that does not require reloading, which increases the pace of work and simplifies operation when intercepting targets.

The hand-held "Spider" variant is positioned as a lightweight, convenient tool for infantry and security services: its compactness complements small arms in the fight against reconnaissance and strike UAVs in the near zone. The device is designed for rapid response where the use of stationary systems is difficult.

The key element of the demonstration was the "Vulture" interceptor drone — a 10-inch platform with a standard net gun, capable of reaching speeds of up to 140 km/h. According to the developers' idea, the "Vulture" is designed for autonomous interception of hostile multicopters at a medium radius, combining maneuverability and a built-in neutralization tool.

Representatives of NPO note that the line covers a wide range of tasks: from civil protection of facilities and events to tactical use in high-risk areas. The developer does not disclose the technical characteristics and delivery procedure, limiting itself to showing the capabilities and describing the concept of operation of the systems.

Earlier, www1.ru reported that Pantsir-S SAM systems can shoot down drones measuring 30 by 30 cm.
