The Perm plant "Mashinostroitel" has filed a lawsuit with the Arbitration Court against the construction company "RusRazvitie", demanding to recover more than 26 million rubles in penalties for violating the terms of construction of the production building. This is evidenced by the data of the "Electronic Justice" service.
The court has already requested from the parties the executive documentation for the object, which is intended for the technical re-equipment of the plant during the production of PD-8 engine products.
Earlier, "RusRazvitie" built a complex with an area of 11 thousand square meters for the plant, which allowed to increase productivity by 40%. However, the contractor failed to complete the new building, which is necessary for expanding the serial production of PD-8 assembly kits for the SJ-100, on time.
"Mashinostroitel" is part of the "Tactical Missile Armament" corporation and specializes in the production of components for aviation and space technology.
