Alexey Nesterenko has been appointed as the new Acting Deputy General Director — Managing Director of UEC-Klimov (part of the United Engine Corporation of Rostec) on November 1, 2025. He replaced Vsevolod Eliseev, who headed the company since November 2024.
During this period, the "Klimov" team successfully implemented tasks to increase the production volume of power plants, as well as to create and test new domestic engines, in particular the latest VK-650V for light Ansat helicopters.
UEC reminded that engines developed by UEC-Klimov are operated in more than 80 countries around the world. The main line includes the TV7-117 family of Il-114-300 engines, VK-2500 (TV3-117) engines and electronic automatic control systems.
The company also created the VK-650V and VK-1600V engines and hybrid power plants.
