The Gorky Automobile Plant (GAZ) has announced the successful development of a new Volga model project in partnership with the Chinese company Geely. The revival of the legendary model is being carried out by the company "Production of Passenger Cars."
Details of the future novelty are still kept secret, but the very fact of resuming work on the "Volga" is of great interest to car enthusiasts and industry experts. This event marks an important stage in the modernization of the Russian automotive industry.
As a reminder, in the spring of 2024, a new line of Volga cars was presented, which were created on the basis of Changan, but the project was never implemented.
