The utility model relates to unmanned aerial vehicles for civil use and can be used in agriculture, forestry, geodesy and other fields of activity.
Explanation to the patent

The product is a glider of an airplane type with a triangular wing and a cylindrical nose. The fuselage and nose fairing, as well as the detachable parts of the wing, are made of composite materials using structural PVC foam. The engine contains aluminum elements, and the propeller is made of aviation wood.

The flight range of this UAV is up to 1,800 km with the possibility of transporting a payload weighing from 50 to 90 kg. The device can be used for mapping agricultural fields, monitoring forests, inspecting engineering networks (oil pipelines, gas pipelines, water pipelines and power lines), as well as in geodesy and humanitarian delivery.

Among the features of the device is a noise-protected unit, which will be useful when using anti-drone guns. The UAV can be launched using a pneumatic launcher, a car or a solid-propellant booster.

Earlier www1.ru reported that a UAV system for monitoring emergencies at oil storage facilities and pipelines was developed at MAI.
