The increased speed limit is being abolished on the Russian M-11 "Neva" and M-4 "Don" highways. The restrictions will come into force on October 27, 2025. This was reported by the press service of the "Avtodor" company.
From October 27, 2025, the increased speed limit of up to 130 and 110 km/h, which currently applies on the M-11 "Neva" and M-4 "Don" highways for cars and trucks up to 3.5 tons, will be abolished.
In April 2025, a junction was built between the M-11 "Neva" highway and Pulkovo highway. The new road provided direct access from the highway to the airport.
