The increased speed limit is being canceled on the Russian highways M-11 "Neva" and M-4 "Don". The restrictions will come into force on October 27, 2025. This was reported by the press service of the company "Avtodor".
From October 27, 2025, the increased speed limit of up to 130 and 110 km/h, which is currently in effect on the M-11 "Neva" and M-4 "Don" highways for cars and trucks up to 3.5 tons, will be canceled.
In April 2025, ajunction was built between the M-11 "Neva" highway and Pulkovo highway. The new road provided direct access from the highway to the airport.
