Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated workers and veterans of the road industry on their professional holiday, noting that the domestic road industry is undergoing an active stage of technological and infrastructural development. According to the head of state, today the road complex of Russia is on the rise due to systemic modernization and the introduction of advanced solutions in the construction and operation of transport highways.
In recent years, special attention has been paid to the use of modern technologies and materials that allow increasing the durability of the pavement, reducing maintenance costs and speeding up construction. This contributes to the commissioning of hundreds of kilometers of federal, regional and local highways, as well as the modernization of transport hubs, the creation of new logistics corridors and the development of intelligent traffic management systems.
Of particular importance, as Putin emphasized, is public-private partnership, which opens up additional opportunities for investment and innovation. The development of road infrastructure directly affects the quality of life of citizens, the connectivity of regions and the economic growth of the country. The President expressed confidence that Russian road workers will continue to increase the pace of work, maintaining a high level of professionalism and responsibility.
