The management of Kazan Helicopter Plant (KVZ, part of Rostec) implemented a new labor productivity improvement program. Thanks to the measures taken, it was possible to increase the production of composite blades for helicopters of the Mi-38 and Mi-171A2 types, the state corporation said.
The time for manufacturing these products has also been reduced. The program was implemented as part of a national project in conjunction with the Federal Competence Center.
Subsequently, the experience gained was applied in other divisions of the enterprise, for example, in the assembly and assembly production and in the final assembly shop, which made it possible to reduce time costs for the rhythmic implementation of the annual plan.
KVZ General Director Nikolai Yakovlev recalled that the national project ensures the implementation of the plant's programs for modernizing production and technical re-equipment.
In the new areas, the setting of production processes is carried out using analysis tools and building optimal flows, he added.
Earlier www1.ru reported that Russian tires for the chassis of MS-21 and SJ-100 aircraft have successfully passed certification.
