The Rostec State Corporation has put up for auction a 15% stake in the foreign economic association Aviaexport. Applications are accepted until October 9, the auction will be held on October 14.
The starting price of assets is estimated at 336 million rubles. Currently, the shares belong to the United Aircraft Corporation (UAC, part of Rostec), the company owns four non-residential premises and one building in Moscow.
Rostec noted that Aviaexport is not involved in the maintenance and supply of spare parts for UAC equipment. The corporation has its own capacities in this area for the equipment produced by its enterprises.
Since its creation in 1961, Aviaexport has been promoting products of the domestic aviation industry for civil purposes abroad.
